 Is asthma patients become habituated when use inhaled medication for long time ?

ANS: NO; The drug present in the inhaler can also be taken orally or i/v, but in the inhaled form it acts faster, it act locally, it has no or minimal side effect, that is why inhalation is preferred. There is no chance of habit forming.

 ☼ Do I have to use my preventer inhaler all the time , even when I am well ?

ANS: YES, You know asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease, preventer drugs will reduce the inflammation gradually if you use it for long time. It will help for total control of asthma.

☼ Salbutamol works better for me than steroid inhaler, so why should I take steroid ?
ANS: Salbutamol is a reliever drug, so it will relieve your symptoms immediately, but it will not reduce the inflammation in the airway which can be done by steroid.
