A Case of Pulmonary Sarcoma Presented with Features of Pancoast Syndrome

Abstract
A 28-year-old farmer with features of Pancoast’s syndrome and right sided cervical lymphadenopathy
was initially diagnosed as tuberculosis on the basis of fine needle aspiration cytology from the lymph
node. His condition kept deteriorating with the anti tubercular drugs and after doing a fine needle
aspiration cytology directly from the apical lung lesion, Sarcoma was diagnosed.
